Please consider the fact that this executable file contains PyInstaller, a 'python file to executable' software tool. As it depends on these files from PyInstaller, which are not recognized as safe on most computers, Microsoft think that we are trying to 'kill' your computer with a  Trojan Horse Virus. This is not true (Check this GitHub forum for proof!!), we care about your safety and privacy, and so does PyInstaller. PyInstaller compacted files are safe, just click the virus notification and select allow this virus. Luckily for you, we have checked and checked for malware using powerful computers and no malware had been found.
