A downloadable inactive file for Windows

Smiley is an inactive desktop shortcut (.lnk file) that does not link to anything. He does, however, sit on your desktop (Or wherever you put him) and stays still. Despite being useless, he is 0 bytes and will not take up any space whatsoever. Enjoy this little friend after you download it! New Smiley app coming out soon!

  1. Download the setup file
  2. Run the setup file
  3. Follow the instructions
  4. Close the setup file
  5. Delete the setup file
  6. There you go!
